John Richard Thomas Sullivan OBE (23 December 1946 – 23 April 2011) was an English television scriptwriter who created and wrote Only Fools and Horses, The Green Green Grass and Rock & Chips. He also wrote a number of other popular sitcoms, including Citizen Smith, Dear John, Just Good Friends and Roger Roger.
